| Standard Battery Packs Less complex than a ‘smart’ battery pack, yet still assembled to meet the specifications of the application. Standard assemblies typically include protection devices such as PTC’s, fuses, thermostats, and protection circuitry when lithium ion / polymer based cells are utilized. Large Capacity - High Power Packs As the demand for higher outputs and longer run time continues to increase, so does the demand for battery pack with higher capacity. Typically satisfied with lithium polymer assemblies, Cell-Con can provide a solution using cells with capacities up to 80Ah and greater. High Volume Requirements Cell-Con assembles all of its packs at its facilities located in the United States. However, applications that require large production volumes, typically with price sensitive requirements, can be provided via our overseas partners. Rest assured, packs produced by our overseas partners are of the same quality and value as the packs produced domestically in lower volume. Design Assistance Our extensive industry experience allows us to provide portable power solutions from the initial design phase of selecting the appropriate chemistry for the application, thru development and prototyping, and into final production.
